- Deliver keys to Lessee(s) on Lease Commencement date
- Close on Property
- Filing of records of all Contracts, Addendums and Documentation pertaining to the transaction in the form of hard or electronic copies as per Chapter 475.5015 Florida Statute for five (5) years.
